Filling my life with beauty
Distilling time through shards of light
Carrying fragments of my selves
In the debris of the everyday---

Some of my time is for you, some for me;
Some for him; some for her;
And a little left over for them too---

My heart could hold the universe in;
Why then contain it endlessly with a few?
Leaving a myriad nooks and crannies
Dusty, unvisited and unseen?

I've filled my life
With the daytime sun
And the nocturnal moon,
With all the stars and
A few constellations too...
